We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Callie, that’s why we offer a 99-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. To request a return, please choose the issuing order and make an application when contact support team.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted
- Items being returned must have the jewelry tag still attached to the item. Do not remove this tag until you are certain you want to keep your item. The tag does not need to be removed for ring sizing purposes. The thread is extremely thin and will not impact how the ring fits.
- Items frame for return & exchange must not exceed 99 days from when the original order was received.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wearing, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method which can be tracked. Returns or exchanges without tracking# will not be processed.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and it will affect the processing of your return.
- Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify.
- Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your Callie product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.
- Any orders received exceed 99 days from the date of delivered.
- Items which have been used and damaged within 99 days from delivered date
- The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- The standard shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
- Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel or change your purchase, it is free within 24 hours. Please note that on all canceled or changed orders(after 24 hours) of personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.
- Please note that you couldn’t cancel or change your purchase once we ship out your order.
Return Service Procedure
- To request a return, please contact our customer service . One of reps will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please email us. If it is a quality issue, please provide a order# and attach clear photos of the items you have issue with.
- Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
- The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
