Instructions For First Use

Hold the lighter case between your thumb and index finger (at the windguard) and pull the insert straight upward vertically. Lift the "Lift to Fill" cap at the base of the insert. Align the spout of the kerosene bottle with the cotton and slowly but steadily fill until the cotton is 2/3 to 3/4 saturated (it should feel moist but with no visible drips or pooling). After refueling, let the lighter rest for 2-5 minutes before use.
