99-Day Return/Exchange Policy

Callie.com online shop sell based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. The policy begins from the date of delivered. Thus, the quality is guaranteed. We also have a QA team to test products you ordered are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. It is therefore imperative that you have seen all products’ detailed descriptions on our website before placing your order. Make sure that the details regarding your order need to be correct. The policy begins from the date of delivered.

 

We Guarantee Product Quality

We guarantee that our personalized products are free of manufacturing errors and product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, please get in touch with us (support@callie.com) and return it in new condition for a remake/exchange or a full refund. Understandably, before shipping, you can get a 70% refund after deducting a series of production and processing costs. After shipping, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 99 days of delivery.

 

Defective/ Damaged Items Return/Exchange:

Please email us to begin the return. Clear photo/video evidence of the issue and the issue description are required.
A refund or an exchange of your purchase will be processed within 48 hours.

 

For the defective and damaged items, customers don't need to return the items and provide us the photos as a evidence.

 

For all other cases, Return Service Procedure:

1. For the items need to be returned to us, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

2. Please send us your return request within 99 days of the delivery date.

3. Be sure to inform the reason for return in your email and indicate the details for replacement or a refund.

4. Use the Upload File button to provide images of damaged or defective products.

 

 

Return Shipping Cost

Callie will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Callie representative to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Processing Time

1.Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your items to be received and processed.

2.Once the item is received at our warehouse, scanned into inventory, you will be refunded for the item back to your account you required.

 

Notes on Refunds

1.Your refund will be returned to the original payment method.

2. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account after it has been issued.

3. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items.
